1. Do you have Customer Service?

Yes, open every day, expet on Sundays, from 09h00 to 19h00, by telephone at 289 588 818 and 963 160 494 and by email.

2. How can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately to cancel the order.

3. Can I return my purchased items?

Returns are not accepted. Natural plants and flowers are perishable items.

4. Is there a refund for the amount paid?

Yes, in cases where the order was completely impossible to deliver.

5. Will the order delivered be identical to its image on the website?

We guarantee that the orders placed for the Albufeira region will be identical to the images on the site. However, if for any reason we do not have a specific plant or flower, we will replace it with another of the same category.

In the case of orders placed for Portugal, Islands and elsewhere, Oura Flores uses partners and may need to replace a plant / flower.

6. How can you guarantee the freshness of your products?

Our plants / flowers are maintained efficiently and packaging is done close to delivery date. Oura Flores focuses in acquiring the best packaging products to ensure that the flowers maintain their maximum freshness. Our packages are customized with labels.

7. What if I prefer to order by phone?

You can contact us between 09:00 and 19:00 and place your order providing the delivery address.

8. Do you guarantee the order is delivered at the time requested?

We are committed and we will do our best to meet our schedules. However, unexpected situations can occur which requires us to have a certain tolerance.

9. What is the procedure if you are unable to find the addressee?

Oura Flores already has plenty of experience in these situations and always offers a solution. Normally we will contact the customer for further delivery instructions.
